Formed in 2016, Dope Purple channel influences from hard rock, noise and psychedelia with a particular emphasis on sounds from the Japanese underground, into a sweat-drenched, earsplitting, cosmic guitar explosion. 2016年在臺北組團。受到硬搖滾、噪音、迷幻搖滾影響的噪幻搖滾集團。現場飛散吉他碎片與汗血，爆音吉他與太空合成器侵略整個觀眾的鼓膜與心臟。
